Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we do charge sales tax to any customer that is located in the state of California.

What types of payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and payment by check or money order.

Do you have a minimum order size?

No.

Do you do "rush" or "expedited" shipping?

Yes, we can ship your order same day, next day or 3 day air for an additional charge. If you'd like expedited shipping service, please contact customer service at 1-800-215-1566.

All orders ship next business day.

Can you ship to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we can ship to Post Office boxes and APO/FPO addresses. 

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally unless you're an authorized Wholesaler.

What are your shipping options?

We ship both USPS and FedEx.

 

Tracking and Updates

What can I expect after I place my order?

You will receive a order confirmation immediately after placing your order. This confirmation will be sent to the email address that  you used when you placed your order. 

How do I make changes to my order or cancel it?

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

You have up to 90 days to receive your product and return it for a full refund as long as the product is unused. If you are a wholesale or distributor customer with a return please contact customer service at 1-800-215-1566.
